• The applicable wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times (bonus amount × 15).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations.

5.2 VIP Program

• Bronze level — weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver level — weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

qbaji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• In accordance with legal or regulatory requirements.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any pending bonuses or active bets will be settled before the account is closed.

qbaji will not be liable for losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Interruption to a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Service disruption due to technical errors or server maintenance.
• Errors or delays in third-party payment systems.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account where the user disclosed the password through their own negligence.
